This marketing site does not set non-essential cookies and does not embed third-party analytics or trackers. Cloudflare (our CDN) sees IP addresses and request metadata as part of normal HTTP traffic; we do not retrieve those logs for marketing purposes.
When you email us, we process the contents under the lawful basis of legitimate interest in responding to inbound contact, and the steps preceding a contract where applicable. We retain inbound threads while they are active plus 24 months.
Under LGPD (Brazil) and GDPR (EU/UK) you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your personal data. Email security@swepay.com.br with subject 'DSR'. We respond within 15 days. Swepay LLC is registered in Wyoming, USA; customer-product data is processed in sa-east-1 (Brazil).
